As an Area Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving Sales and Profit targets through effective team leadership of 15 Stores in QLD
  • Building effective teams through partnership with key stakeholders
  • Driving High performance and best practice succession culture
  • Leading a continuous improvement culture
  • Taking decisive action to ensure stock is managed and controlled effectively
  • Embedding a customer focus mind set throughout all stores
  • Coaching Managers and store teams in customer service culture
  • Implementing and support change as required to suport strategies and intitaives
  • Delivering a high standard of brand experience, implementing all VM standards accross the network
  • Ensuring promotions are set up within company guidelines
  • Partcipating in OH&S best practice
