 In our 50th year, we also celebrate the launch of Sheridan Studio; enabling our customers to curate, create and style their homes with an expanded offering of furniture and homewares in our new, most innovative retail concept.


What will I be responsible for:

  • You will work closely with our Head of Retail Operations, to ensure strategic objectives are met
  • Organize operational reviews to sustain the effectiveness of our corporate strategies
  • Maintain inventory levels and allocate stock according to local demographics
  • Implement and enforce shrink
  • Ensure compliance of policies and procedures across the business
  • Manage and support  the ongoing training and development of the field team
  • Take ownership of the store operations Nationally across the Sheridan network
  • Work closely with our Field team, our Area & State Managers to review processes and identify local opportunities


What experience can I bring to Sheridan?

  • Comprehensive retail management experience  as an Area or Cluster manager role within a fashion or lifestyle retailer
  • Significant experience in logistics and inventory management and exposure to Shrinkage
  • A Commercial approach with a focus on continuous improvement  and analytics
  • Proactive and resourceful attitude with a focus on problem solving initiative
  • Proven capability to build cross functional relationships -  You will voice new ideas and be proactive about any potential issues
  • An Engaging personality with exceptional presentation skills
